Patent will be a legal right to be supplied by the federal government for someone to have an innovative product or idea that can be transmitted or converted into a cash passenger strategy or may be profitable to add the mass to the economy. According to Section 101 of U. S. SATES PATENT ACT, it is possible to patent materials that are “new and useful processes, machines, produced or material composition”. Abstract ideas are calculated as a process and therefore 50% of the possibility of receiving a patent. However, before deciding to fill out the patent form and ensure that:-
1) Your idea must be detailed and should not be considered an unclear understanding of something.
2) Your idea is able to do in getting money.
3) It should not be considered as a pure abstract idea such as a mathematical formula.
4) Should not be any personal belief that cannot be demonstrated through scientific reasoning.
5) Based on section 112 of U. s. States Patent Act, a concept must enable “individuals who are skilled in art” to “make and use” the end result of ideas or discoveries.
Except of course and before you are an idea to be able to make experienced people to do something, you can patent the concept.
